The Rundown: As three founding League members disappear, the rest of the Justice League fights to undo Grodd’s damage to time.

After finally capturing Grodd and removing the Omega energy from him, the time displaced heroes continue to work on a solution as they are confronted by the Time Trapper and the the World Forger who need to dissect Grodd to determine how he gained and used the power itself. In need of answers, the League take on their new visitors to prevent them from killing Grodd.
At the same time, both Mr. Terrific’s are working on another problem. They are trying to find a way to rescue Air Wave from his non-corporeal form, but when one Holt disappears the other finds himself unable to solve the problem until Ted Kord chimes in with an idea. As the heroes find a way to bring back the young hero, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman meet to discuss a mistake they made that is too dangerous to ignore.
The Story: Waid crafts an intense, action-packed epic adventure in this issue. There is great action throughout the story and an immediacy that grabbed my attention and didn’t let go. I loved the progression of events and how Waid allowed each moment to breathe on its own while creating a tapestry that connected. A great adventure that I enjoyed from start to finish.
The Art: Mora continues to be one of my favorite artists. The imagery is bold, beautiful and dynamic throughout the issue and the characters are brilliantly detailed and emotive.
